Cannabis Cultivation Facilities

All Cannabis Cultivation Facilities require a Conditional Use Permit and all of the required public hearings, permits, and approvals.

The City of Desert Hot Springs permits the operation of Cannabis Sales Facilities only in the zoning Districts designated "Light Industrial."
