Daniel Pitts

Daniel has deep roots in Southern California, particularly in Downey, located just a short distance from both downtown Los Angeles and Orange County. His childhood is filled with cherished memories of family trips to Desert Hot Springs and the lively desert cities near Palm Springs.
His academic journey began at Long Beach City College, where he studied Administration of Justice and Business Administration, before continuing at Cal State Fullerton, focusing on Crime and Intelligence Analysis. Daniel then transitioned to the financial sector, where he enjoyed a successful career, rising from Business Development Officer to Branch Manager and eventually Regional Manager/Vice President in major banking and financial institutions, overseeing operations in community banks and corporate organizations.
With over a decade of experience in public safety and public administration, Daniel has served as a Code Compliance Official in various California cities. He has worked closely with local Police and Sheriff Departments to enhance community safety and maintain property values. As a small business owner, he understands the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship and has actively supported local businesses, previously serving on the Board of Directors for the Yucca Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Additionally, Daniel has made significant contributions to the community as the former President of Diversity DHS, a non-profit organization celebrating diversity in the desert region. Most recently, he served as the HOA President at a gated private community in Desert Hot Springs, where he initiated community programs and neighborhood committees to promote unity and improve residents’ quality of life.
In 2006, Daniel became a certified California Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) professional, commonly known as a Mediator.
