Reporting an animal nuisance

If you need to report an animal nuisance outside of operating hours, please contact police dispatch: (760) 329-2904 ext. 2

If an animal is threatening your safety at any time, call 911.

COVID-19 Protocols

Due to the continued COVID-19 crisis, Animal Care and Control has implemented the following special procedures:

1) Please call for an appointment. This will help our staff make sure they are at the office when you arrive.
2) If you arrive and the gates are locked, there is a number for the Animal Control Officer who is on-duty. Please call the number and they will respond back to the shelter as soon as possible.
